What is our aim?

Monitoring trends in students’ satisfaction with their studies at the Jagiellonian University enhances the creation and implementation of solutions conducive to building a student-friendly environment and to improving general studying conditions (not only teaching conditions).

How do we act?

The survey is distribiuted once a academic year, in the middle of the summer semester (the exception is the 2022/2023 edition of the survey, which started in November 2023) and is carried out via CAWI survey. The survey is conducted using Predictive Solutions software.

The questions included in the questionnaire concern both university-wide issues (including administrative procedures, accessibility, international cooperation) and those specific to a unit (including assessment of academic and administrative staff). The study covers all students, excluding PhD students and postgraduate students of the Jagiellonian University.
